±MAISMENOS± (PT) is an intervention art project by Portuguese artist Miguel Januário (b.1981), serving up a critical reflection on the model of political, social and economic bureaucracies managing modern urban societies. Here he talks us through his practice and discusses aspects of this years Nuart themes.
